May 20–22, 2026, Asia Tech x Singapore took place at the Singapore Expo. As Asia’s flagship technology event, this year’s conference brought together over 1,200 exhibiting companies and more than 50,000 industry professionals. The event focused on key hot topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), computing networks, and next-generation digital infrastructure. Sintai Communications showcased its full range of data center interconnect products at the exhibition and officially launched its carrier-grade network solutions for data centers and AI infrastructure to the Southeast Asian market.
As the training and inference of large AI models evolve toward distributed architectures, a single data center can no longer meet the massive demand for computing power. Cross-data center coordination, deterministic network quality, and smooth bandwidth scaling have become three major challenges of common concern to the industry.
During the exhibition, Sintai Communications received visitors from operators, cloud service providers, and data center customers from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other countries. There was broad consensus that the bottleneck in computing networks is shifting from the compute side to the transmission side, and high-quality data center interconnect capabilities have become a critical component of AI infrastructure.

Singapore, as a core data center hub in Southeast Asia, is characterized by high density, strong demand for interconnectivity, and frequent cross-border collaboration. This exhibition marks one of Xintai Communications' key initiatives targeting the Southeast Asian market.
Our company will continue to invest in the Southeast Asian market, using Singapore as a regional hub to provide efficient, open, and evolvable data center interconnect solutions to neighboring countries and regions, thereby supporting the high-quality development of regional computing infrastructure. At the same time, Sintai Communications will remain committed to advancing DCI optical transmission technology, driving deeper integration of OTN, WDM, and AI to deliver wider, faster, and smarter backbone connectivity experiences for global customers.
