In terms of triple play, the number of IPTV users in China has reached 82 million; the special action of Internet basic management has been carried out, 2329 illegal websites have been disposed of, 23000 illegal voice lines and 675000 "400" numbers have been shut down, and more than 1700 software and products have been removed from the shelves for number change, so as to realize the real name registration of telephone users.
